The Gun is a book by Paul Langan published January 1, 2002. The Gun is about a Freshman boy named Tyray Hobbs who goes to Bluford High School. He once was a bully but now he is know picked on by the victims he once picked on. Tyray now looks for a way to get revenge on Darrel Mercer the boy who stopped him from bullying others. He looks to one option to take down Darrel Mercer and his only option is a gun. Will his gun lead him to revenge or will someone think twice before they make a choice that they can't take back.
This is another book that will motivate people who don't like to read. This book also teaches you lessons like think twice about the choices that your about to make. This book is filled with action, drama, and lessons that you will learn. This book will motivate readers who don't like to read, they will start reading and sure once they start reading this book they won't want to put it down.
